Join us for a welcoming day of health and wellness talks, community connection, exhibitors, refreshments, and practical wellbeing inspiration.
Your ticket includes access to the talks, exhibitor area, lunch, and morning and afternoon tea/coffee breaks.

Release Global is a UK-based community organisation founded with a simple but powerful purpose: to promote better health, positive thinking, and stronger communities.
Who we are
Our Story
Release Global has been growing for around ten years and has always been rooted in a genuine desire to help people live healthier, more empowered, and more connected lives.
One of our key initiatives is our annual January event, Taking Ownership of Your Health, which has already had a positive impact on many lives. This event continues to raise awareness, inspire healthier choices, and encourage people to make informed decisions about their wellbeing.
Over time, the heart of Release Global has remained the same: to bring people together, encourage positive thinking, reduce stress, promote health awareness, and provide practical support where it is needed most.
Our connection with Inner Wheel
Release Global is proud to have collaborated with the Inner Wheel Club, an international women’s voluntary service organisation founded in the United Kingdom nearly 100 years ago. Inner Wheel is built on the values of friendship, service, and international understanding, with clubs in more than 100 countries and over 100,000 members worldwide.
Their work in supporting communities, empowering women, and fostering unity closely reflects the values of Release Global.
Leadership & Community Roots
Because of these shared goals, Mrs Toyin Odunwo (née Chief Akinboroye, daughter of the late Lonla Ajagajigi of Aye Kingdom) helped bring these organisations closer to her people, with the aim of empowering women, promoting unity, improving health and education, and extending a helping hand to the elderly and vulnerable in the community.
As part of this work, Mrs Ajayi Omololu Joy was appointed President to help lead the affairs of the club, and the journey has continued to grow from strength to strength.
Our Impact
Over the years, our efforts have included:
- Donating medical kits to the health centre in Ode Aye, Nigeria
- Providing writing materials for primary school students
- Offering refreshments during Layelu Day celebrations in Nigeria
- Supporting widows and elderly women with yearly gifts
- Distributing palliatives during the pandemic
- Hosting face-to-face community gatherings in London focused on health, wellbeing, and empowering individuals to take ownership of their health
- Organising online events and Zoom sessions to share health awareness, education, and community support.
Our Mission
At the heart of Release Global is a deep commitment to unity, health, education, and empowerment. We believe in changing mindsets, reducing stress, encouraging positive thinking, sharing real-life experiences, building friendships, and offering practical support where it is needed most.
Who we Serve
Our work has no gender barrier. Release Global exists for both men and women, for young and old, and for anyone who can benefit from compassion, encouragement, education, and community support.
